Template Customization – logo/jpeg not showing

I have been using a customized template as a receipt for workshops. In the customization I have included a jpeg logo. I have been successfully using this for several years. Recently when participants view their receipt on-line – the logo has an error message – how can i fix this?

What error is shown?

Can you link me to either a test receipt, or an event I can run a test registration on to view the receipt?

Actually, nvm, I found a couple of your replies marked as spam.

Is allow_url_fopen enabled on your server?

You can check in Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information.

Search for allow_url_fopen, what values are set for it?

I think it is – I just took a screen shot and tried to paste but it must be sending it to SPAM again

That screenshot shows allow_url_fopen is disabled on the server, it would have a value in either the global or local value, like this –

I’d recommend contacting your host and have them enabled allow_url_fopen for you.
