Hi there, Is it possible to get a temporary everything license for our staging site so we can check all our updates and plugins function before we transfer to the live site? Thanks! |

Hi there, We don’t have the facility to issue temporary licenses, however, the license system already has some provisions for staging server’s but it depends on the domain, can you post the staging domain? (privately if preferred) We don’t limit EE’s functionality based on license so technically you can leave the key field blank on your staging site and just update manually there to test updates: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#ee4-manual-update Although obviously using the key is a smoother method for this. |

No problem. I have manually updated the staging site and as I suspected would happen, the table layouts no longer show. Can you please confirm what the short code should be for displaying tables showing specific categories? We create landing pages for each category type across our website and show the dates in the table format because we have so many events. Thanks. |

Is this the table view templates? If I recall correctly you have this snippet active on your site: Is that correct? Comment out the above code on staging and go to: Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates. In that section, you’ll see the option ‘Display Events With Expired Tickets’ Set that to No. Does that fix the output for you? If not, we have an updated version of the above snippet here: |
