Team Signup and Captain Management

Forgive me if this has been answered before. I am looking to create a team based registration, would it be possible to have someone sign up as the team captain and others signup under that newly created team. Also the team captain would have the ability to login and see who has singed up for their team.

How are you today?

Currently all registrations have to occur at the same time unless the team captain was allowed to log into the WordPress dashboard and add team members individually. But that team member would have access that you probably wouldn’t want them to have.
