Taxes problem

Hi, I have 2 problems with taxes on EE4 :
– In Quebec, the provincial taxes is 9.975% or I can only put two digits after the decimal point. Is there a work around ?
– When someone outside the county want to buy a ticket, it should be have no taxes. But EE4 apply taxes… is there a way ?

Hi,

I’m afraid Event Espresso’s tax and surcharge percentage inputs only go to 2 decimal places. What you could do is offer two tickets where either give access to the same event:

1) One ticket can include a fixed amount surcharge (that’s rounded to the nearest penny)
2) The other ticket can be just the price of the ticket (with no surcharge). Then anyone outside the country can buy that ticket.
