Hi,
I have a tax of 20% (UK VAT) to add to each sale. I have tickets set up and they are “taxable”, so the VAT is showing in the backend. Eg Ticket 157.50, VAT £31.50, Total £189.00.
However, no VAT is showing on the frontend. From ticket pricing table, to cart, checkout and invoice, there is no tax being applied. I’m even seeing this:
Tax Name Description Rate Tax Amount
VAT This the current rate of UK VAT 20% £0.00
…in the tax part of the invoice.
I can’t for the life of me work out why!

Hi there Andy,
For the ticket selector, there is a filter option that is available as a code snippet to show the ticket without taxes. Are you aware of any custom code snippets in use on your site either through a site specific plugin or your child theme’s functions.php file?
Next, could you confirm that you are using a current version of Event Espresso 4?
