Tag Manager $ Value tracking

Hello, I’ve had Adwords and analytics conversion tracking on EE for some time but I want to get more granular. I am looking for a data variable on the thank-you page that has a dollar value. The thank-you page has an overview but I don’t see a dollar value. I did see an EE forum post that talked about using $total_cost as the variable but I don’t see that on the thank you page. Is that something that needs to be added to the template first?

Hi there,

Are you looking to add a hidden field to the page or just use something already displayed? If you can provide further details I’ll see what options are available within EE4.

$total_cost sounds like a variable that was available within EE3 rather than EE4.
