Hi,

We are selling tables of 10 as a ticket type on our annual luncheon event:
https://www.edcoinfo.com/events/edco-annual-luncheon/

The problem is that when someone goes to register for a table, they are only able to put in one name. So, how do we associate the 9 other names of registrants sitting at that table with the one ticket type?

Hi, each ticket option or pricing option is counted as an attendee/registrant.

Create a ticket bundle for those two ticket options by using the minimum and maximum options in the ticket editor:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/

That will remove all of the quantity options except for what is specified for the minimum — maximum range.

For example, the members bundle would have a minimum and maximum of 10.

Then a quantity of 10 multiplied by $65 per ticket would have a total of $650.

Then you could repeat the process for the nonmember option and save changes.
