Generally the width of the fields will fill what’s available of the width of the container, unless there’s something within the WordPress theme that’s setting the widths to all table cells to other sizes. If you can post a link to the page in question where you want to make the fields wider we can take a look and if it’s possible to change those, offer some CSS code.
I’m not sure there’s much you can do there width wise for each of those columns because if you make one column wider another column will be narrower and then wrap to a second line if there’s enough text.
What you could do, if the theme has this feature, is switch to a full-width page template. This will remove the sidebar and give the table the full-width of the page.
