Hello,
How do I go by using EE to create a table that breaks down the following variables into a list:
Course, Location, Date, then a link to register
Something very similar to what I’m seeing on a website located in the showcase:
http://www.sosfirstaid.ca/courses/standard-firstaid-with-cpr-a-or-c/
It cleanly displays all the courses under that category, the location of event and the date with the link to register. I’m attempting to figure out a way to duplicate this with my site.

Hi,
You can download and use the Custom Files add on (note it is NOT a plugin, please see the documentation https://eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-files-addon/).
In there is a shortcode called ESPRESSO_TABLE which is a base table for displaying events, it will likely need customising to suit your exact needs though (espreso_table.php)

Dean,
I’ve take a look at the files, applied some of the shortcodes too but noticed that some variables in the table are blank. Is there a reason for this?

Yes, if memory serves it is because the data it pulls is from the venue meta fields (not the Venue Manager) which is disabled when the Venue Manager is enabled.
These files are meant to be a stepping stone and are designed to be modified, so feel free to take out the columns you don’t want or change the data that gets shown.
