System implies that two domains is active

Hi!

I bought a personal licens for my scoutgroups webpage.

When I log in at wp-admin i get a message saying: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

When I check this at Event Espresso account page everything seems to be in order. The licens is active on the ONE and only domain (staffanstorpsscoutkar.se) and nowhere else.

I cannot, due to this update Event Espresso.

What might be wrong?

I also have problems with duplicate entries when members signs-up to an event. But will write another thread about this.

Hello Patrik,

We are currently working on the licences and relaxing some of our internal rules to ease up on this. I will reset your licence.

If you can please remove the licence key from Event Espresso > General Settings, save and then add the new license key from your account page on the Event Espresso website and save again.
