Does the EE4 have the ability to sync with an outlook calendar after registration?

Users can download an ical file (.ics) which can be imported into calendar programs such as outlook (http://help.unc.edu/help/how-to-import-an-icalendar-ics-file-to-outlook/).

This file is accessible even before registration.
