Good afternnon, Trying to figure out the following situation: An event was created in Event Espresso and a Mailchimp List was assigned to it so the minimum data (name, last name and email) were added to Mailchimp once an individual completed tha registration process at Event Espresso. The Event Espresso registration procedure has been completed (registration ID 62-548b31eab4611), a confirmation received via email, but there are no signs of data replication in Mailchimp. Already contacted Mailchimp Support (ticket LTK1218901223204X) and they indicate that “It does sound like Event Espresso and MailChimp are not syncing properly. However since this Event Espresso integration was not developed by MailChimp, we’re limited when it comes to troubleshooting that behavior.” Thank you, cc/ Ivis Dávila, CEO Seminarios Imagen |
Hi Rosalba, MailChimp records when the an API key is used. When you ran the test registration, did you click the link in the confirmation email to confirm the subscription for the list on MailChimp? You should be able to view any errors by logging into the MailChimp.com account and going to Account –> Extras –> API Keys. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. — |

Hi, If you lot into your MailChimp Account, go to My Profile, Extra -> API Keys. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a list of API calls to your account – http://take.ms/hgzxx Now make a test registration on one of your events (use another tab) Then refresh the API log, do you see any ‘X’ within the Result column at all? If so what is the method & response for that row? For example, in my screenshow you can see and X for the ‘lists/interest-groupings’ method and result was ‘(211) List_InvalidOption’ |
