How to switch registration from one event to another when the price is the same/no refund or additional billing is required.

Hi there,
You can use the Attendee Mover add-on to move a registration from ticket to another (be it on the same event or another):

Sure, you can cancel the original registration and re-add them to the ‘correct’ ticket manually.
