Switching 1 registration to another

If someone registers and want to change their registration to another date or venue, I should have a box with all available dates are locations, however, this is not showing up and unable to just click on the new date and then click on update the registration.

Hi,

You can add that box and the feature to switch a registration to another event by installing the EE3 Attendee Re-assignment Add-on. There’s more information here:
