Surcharge for telephone assistance

Sometimes people need help on the telephone (or email) to fill in the registration form… is it possible for the administrator to add a surcharge for these people?

This is not possible via Event Espresso.

A few ideas: You can send them a PayPal Invoice, or if you have them on the phone when they start the registration process, you can ask them to select a ticket option that includes a telephone assistance surcharge.
