Support not responding, is company down?

Is there something going on with the Event Espresso company? I am not getting any response. I upgrade specifically to use Square payments but it made my site not get any payments and I’ve even paid for support token $99 and no one is responding, is the company down?

Sorry for the delay. Our team is looking into the Square payment connection issues that some customers are seeing. I expect to see an update released soon.
