I had EE running in two instances: 1) on a live site 2) on the development site dev.storystudiochicago.com. This is because I am developing EE.

I deactivated EE on dev, but this warning is stuck on live. Please help!

Here’s the warning that shows it’s preventing an auto update.

Hi Jill,

I’ve reset your license so you shouldn’t get that prompt any longer. It was caused by using it on two sites.

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Thanks, but it’s still there. I de-activated the plugin and re-activated it. Still getting the auto update warning. Is there some place I need to flush the cache or something?

Hi Jill,

Have you cleared the licence number from the Event Espresso General Settings and saved and re-entered it (from your account page here on eventespresso.com) and saved?

Hi Dean,

All it took was a little patience! The key is working properly now – thanks for your help.
