Support License No Longer Working

When loggin in to WordPress this morning, I see a message that reads ‘You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.’

When I log into my EE account, it tells me that the license is associated with http://www.brookfieldlibrary.org/brkwpress which was our testing domain. We have been using http://www.brookfieldlibrary.org since October 1 with no problem. Can you please link our license to the correct domain (www.brookfieldlibrary.org)?

Hi Jennifer,

I’ve reset the key for you. You’ll need to double check the license key in the Event Espresso>General Settings and update the settings so it will switch to the other site.
