Support License Key problem upgrading to EE4.9

Dear Team,

I have this displayed in my dashboard,

An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

I have logged on to MyAccount, and it appears that the licence is valid until September 2017

I have checked the key is correct, but it still displays the error, and I have the Red key symbol next to the key itself in event espresso.

I’m currently running 4.8.43p

Hi Chris,

I can’t see anything wrong with your account but I’ll double check with the sales team on this.

In the mean time I’ve reset your license key, you’ll receive an email with instructions but if you remove the current key.

Save the settings (with a blank key).

Copy the key from your account page and insert it back into the site (check for whitespace before/after before saving)

Does it allow you to update then?
