You guys reset my license key for me yesterday, August 5. I have followed the instructions, erasing the key, saving, pasting the key, resaving. But after a few minutes a message appears at the top of the dashboard “Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.” I am also unable to save any pages that use premium plugins even though those are included in the EE4 version I bought. Can you please help?
