We’re getting notification that our EE has an update, but our support key is invalid/expired. So I went to my EE account and copied the Support Key and put it under the “General Settings” on our WP site – http://www.peri.org. There is a green check icon next to the support key on WP, so I assume it was entered correctly. However, on EE, I’m still getting the message that my Support License Key is “Not currently activated on any websites”. I’m quite a novice at web design/support, so after trying the basics – I need help!
I checked your account and the reason the key is not activating is because the the support license for your account needs to be renewed. If you go to your account page you’ll see a link to purchase a support license. Or you can contact the sales team and they can assist with helping you get the support license that will work best for your site.
