I’m not able to update my Promotions and Discount Codes plugin. This message is on my site:
An automatic update for Event Espresso – Promotions (EE 4.8+) is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
This is what shows on my account page:
EE4 Promotions and Discount Codes
Created: 2015-12-28 (UTC)
Renews On: 2016-12-28 (UTC)
What do I need to do to remove the notice and update the plugin?

Hi Laura,
I do see that you have an active support license which includes support for the promotions add-on.
Could you dismiss the message via your WP dashboard and then go to Event Espresso –> General Settings and click on the Save button?

Hello,
Go to your plugins page and then you should be able to click to update the add-on.

Hello Lorenzo. I’m not getting the update link on my plugins page. When I try to update the plugin via the Updates page, I get an error message.
Anything else you can think of without me having to uninstall the plugin and re-install? And if I do have to do that, will the plugin remember previous promotions/discounts and settings?

Hi Laura,
Could you try a manual upgrade? This won’t remove any of your current promotions and here are the steps:
1) Deactivate and delete the current version of the promotions add-on
2) Go to your account page here and then click on the promotions add-on to download it: https://eventespresso.com/users/carolinaepicureanevents/#ee4-downloads
3) Then upload and activate it through your WordPress plugins screen within your WP dashboard.

Tried to download new copy of Promotions add-on and got this error message:
503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.
Can you email a zipped copy to redacted – Event Espresso support team – LOC or send a link to download?
