Support License Key (13)

I changed over my website a while ago and event espresso has been running great until recently the table layout is not working. I noticed that the license key is registered to the old url we have a new url now, how can i reset this so we can get updates when we purchase an update?

Hi Nathan,

As your account currently has no license there’s currently no option to reset the key for it to be re-assigned to another domain, once you renew your license there will be a ‘request reset’ button next to your key.

Once that button is clicked it will put in a reset request and shortly after you can re-assign your key to the new domain.
