Hi there,
I’m trying to apply a support license key to a WordPress website but the WordPress admin console says it is expired or invalid. When I log into your site it says that it hasn’t been applied to any site yet (which is my recollection). Can you help with this please?

Hi Simon,
Support licenses are valid for 12months from the date of purchase, it looks like you purchased your license over 2 years ago so it’s no longer valid.
Have you recently renewed your license? If so for some reason it is not showing on your account, our sales team can investigate this if you can use the contact form available here:

I see what has happened. The license expired before I ever applied it to a website.
