I enter the support license key that is listed under my Event Espresso account in my organization and settings page and it says it is invalid. I just purchased Event Espresso plug in in April 2017.

Hi there,

I checked your account page and the request from your website doesn’t appear to be making it to ee.com’s servers. Is the server behind a firewall?

This is the security key I’m using:
**REMOVED**
But I get this message under Event Espresso General Settings when I go into Word Press: “Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin”

I have contacted my Web Host and they are looking into the problem too.

Did the host reply?

As the request isn’t making it to our servers it is possible your host’s firewall is blocking the request for some reason.

Here is the response from the host: It seems a plugin issue, also have you tried to log in to your Event Espresso account in order to check your licence key?

Was the security key I gave you in my post May 8, 2017 at 2:54pm correct?

Did they explain why they think it’s a plugin issue? The one possibility I can think of is there were characters before or after what you copied onto your General Settings > Support Key field.

Can you try adding the support key again there, but this time before you do that, empty the field completely, save the page, then add the key again, and make sure there’s nothing (not even a space) before or after the key?

Sorry, I have not had time to check the support key problem for the last two weeks, but I did today! Thank you for the suggestion to check to see if there was a space before the support key. There was. When I removed it the space it accepted my support key. Thank you very much!
