We recently purchased an EE4 everything license, but our support key currently has _FREE appended to the end and won’t activate on our site, no matter how many times it’s entered. We can’t update plugins until our support license is activated. Can you reset our license key?
I sent a note over to the sales team and when they get back from lunch they can update your account and add a new key. For now, I’ll go ahead and reset that _FREE key and you can remove that key from your site. The _FREE key will need to be removed before you can use the correct key.
