Support License Expired Notice

Hi, We keep getting a “Your Event Espresso Support License has expired. Renew now to save 10% off and get access to software updates and support.” notice box in the admin area of our website, even though our license is up to date and was renewed and ur EE account info says our license key is active.

Does the license key need resetting? Why does this keep popping up when our account was renewed in Feb and is good until 2019?

Please advise.

Hi Renee,

This was asked about over a year ago, we looked into the matter, and we found there was an unexpected value coming from your site: cleanup_147994xxxx. We do not know how that string has entered the picture, or how to stop it. We suspect it’s another plugin or even possibly the WordPress theme, but we don’t have the data to go further than that.

At the time we tried switching your account key to a new plain text key in an attempt to see if that would help, and apparently it wasn’t anything more than a short term workaround.
