Hi — We have a license for one site, which is listed properly in my account. However, I have a notice on my WP dashboard telling me that EE can only update one site automatically, and I have to fix my license somehow.
Can you pls. check the issue for me — it’s timeinkids.org.

HI,

I’ve reset your license key to see if that will fix the error. If that doesn’t work then we need to very that your license key is not being used on another website and/or if there are any other plugin/them conflicts from the license key being validated.

Let us know if you still have problems with the update process.
