We purchased a license and installed EE on a dev site which has now been migrated to the production server with a different domain. We’re now getting the “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” How do we switch the license?

Thanks in advance,

Greg

Hello Greg,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

I just activated the Permissions plugin (it was deactive when you did the reset) and am now getting this: You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Permissions Basic but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Tried the following, but no luck:

• deleting, saving and re-entering key
• deactivating and reactivating EE

Downloaded and installed the update manually and now there is no more message.
