Hi, we are doing a website for one of our clients at the moment. I tried to use one of the the support licence keys in my espresso account, but it did not work. In wordpress, I got the message, that there is a new version of ee4 available and it would automatically update if I put a licence key in the general settings. But it always says that the key is invalid. Why that?

Hi there,
What is the domain of the new site you are trying to link with your key?
If you can post both the domain and the key (set you reply to be private) you are trying to use I’ll check on our license server to see if the request is making it through and if so, why it’s not accepted.

I did some digging into this and the issue should now be resolved.
Can you please retry connecting your license key to your domain and let me know if it now works?
