Support Licence Key

I am getting the following message on my site

Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

We recently changed our domain address to animate-earth.org do we need to reset the support licence key?

Hi Cindy,

Yes, once your key is assigned to a domain it stays linked unless reset.

I’ve just put through reset on your key which should fix this.
