Hi, we’ve just renewed our support licence and the key hasn’t changed, still active on our website here: http://manhattantrainingcentre.ca/
However, auto updates of plugins don’t work as it states the key is invalid. I’ve saved in General Settings, I’ve tried removing it, saving, adding it again and saving but nothing works.
The key states it’s active on our website.
How can I get this resolved so I can get auto updates back?
I’m sorry for the trouble. This was a case where your account did not get updated correctly after the renewal, and that’s been fixed now. I went and and reset your support license key just to be sure. If you go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and hit save, everything should work now.
