Support Key will not activate

I have copy an pasted my support key from event espresso into the general settings page on the plugin but for some reason it will not activate. I did hit save but that his not the issue. I still get the following message:

“There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.”

What am I missing?

Hi Christian,

Have you made sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the key?

yes I cut and pasted directly from the website.

Hi Christian,

Is this a single site installation of WordPress, or is it on a Multisite install?

I’m having the same issue. I just upgraded to your paid version and I’m having issues left and right – my calendar isn’t displaying after I put in the short code. Please help. I need to get this up and running for my client like yesterday. And I too have a single site installation and can’t get my support key to register. I just upgraded wordpress and it appears there are several conflicts with event espresso and the new version of wordpress.

@Christian and @Jeff can I get login details to see whats happening with the licence keys?

I’ll also have a quick lok at the calendar and see what is up with that whilst I am there.

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.
