Support Key not working – URGENT!

Hi – I have a client in the middle of an event registration cycle (only one of THREE all year). They are losing money daily. I had my key assigned to one domain for development. Then when we launched we had their usually domain forward to the development domain and that worked, but they had some refresh issues and the hosting company recommended we make their original domain the primary domain. I did not know I needed to reassign the key for this new domain. I asked for and got a reset, but now when I delete and reenter the key into WP admin, nothing happens. I still get the same errors when trying to update. All the class enrollments are not rendering. I need help urgently.

Hi Rima,

A support key that doesn’t allow for updating due to a domain change (or any other reason) would not cause the class enrollment pages to not render. We can help you with both issues though. First, can you post a link to the site’s events page so we can investigate?

It’s working now. I had to flush the cache.
