Hello, I’ve created an administrator login for Event Espresso but won’t post it here. Please respond as soon as possible. |
|
Hi Shari, Is there any error being shown? If so can you copy and paste it here please? Do you have Gravity Forms installed on your website? |
|
I am having the same problem. Even after the reset it still did not work. |
Hi, we rolled out some enhancements to the update system today. Try resaving your support license key again and then try the update. — |

Hi Shari, Please try a re-install of your software. Begin by backing up your WordPress: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/ Next, download the latest version of your Event Espresso software from your account: https://eventespresso.com/users/embodyingnvc/ Now login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and deactivate it and remove it. Then from the Plugins screen in the WordPress admin click on Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the zip file that you downloaded from your account. Select it and begin the upload process. You can activate Event Espresso after it has finished. If this does not help with the issue, then please create and share a temporary login via this link: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ — |
