Support key issue after server migration

Hi
I migrated my site to a higher performance server (same hosting company) and now I’m getting that message about “Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains.” I didn’t change the domain name.

How do I unscramble this?

Hi there,

I checked on this and it looks like the original server was not configured to add the www. before the site Url, but the new server *is* configured to add the www. What you can do is go to your account page, then request a key reset, then that should clear out the old URL that did not have the www. from your account.
