Support key is invalid

Overnight, my support key seems to have stopped working. I can’t autoupdate and when I try to download the new version, I get: 503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

Hi Jace,

The license key on your account is not currently assigned to any domains.

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

What key is set in that field currently?
(You can mark you reply private so only EE staff can see your key)

Hi,

I’ve restored the support license-related items to your account. For some reason some were missing. Your key should validate now.
