Hi,
I have a few questions before I buy this software.
1. Ours is a charitable spiritual organization which has an asset (building) which has many rooms/halls etc which are used for events. We are looking at an event management solution which will jot only help in creating these events but also update/block individual calendars for those rooms and halls. Whole creating events it should also check availability of the location (room/hall) to prevent conflicting events in same location,
2. We have certain profiles like member, secretary, president etc and based in type of event and the room/hall it uses there is a workflow for creating the event and approving it. Post approval there would be email sent out through distribution lists and a blog item crrated specifically for that event.
Would eventespresso be able to meet this requirement?

Regards,
Wish

Hi,

Event Espresso is better suited for crafting the event schedule first, then letting people register for those dates and times. You’re describing where the schedule is always open unless something is booked. I’d probably search for a booking plugin on wordpress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=booking

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
