Hope all is well. Within the last 12 hours or so, successful transactions are no longer being automatically logged as ‘complete’. We are using PayFast’s integration and have had no issues up until now. We had some customers reaching out about the issue, so I’ve done a test purchase myself to confirm that the functionality is in fact not working as expected.
The payment method add-on itself is responsible for updating the payment within EE when a payment is made on the provider so this is something you’ll need to check with PayFast themselves as they created the add-on.
Just to note, I’m more than happy to check over the payment logs within Event Espresso if you prefer to see if anything stands out but as mentioned the logic for this is mostly within the payment method itself so most likely an issue there.
