We have a Media page. Does EE/Wordpress have the ability for someone to subscribe to new posts on the Media page? With a message, such as this: “If you would like to be notified of future recordings, subscribe here.”

If so, you could use MailChimps RSS to blog feature:

Okay, so you need something that could offer notifications for a specific page. I have an idea that may work but I recommend testing this internally first.
This website will let you create an RSS feed:
http://page2rss.com
You could created one for your media page.
Then have MailChimp’s RSS to email feature read that RSS feed for this specific page.
