Where can I edit the event submission details email that is being sent when people register for the event? It is not in the default emails or custom email templates and includes incorrect information that is being sent to our registrants.
The registration details are correct, but the message above the fold references an old event and I cannot figure out where this is linking to/coming from.
You go to Event Espresso > Messages and there you’ll see a list of sent messages. If you look through some of the messages logged there you should find an example of one of those emails, then take note of its Message Type and its Context. Then you go to the Default Message Templates tab and click to edit the matching Message Type, then select the matching context.
