I received a fatal error message after trying to perform a database update. I backed up manually before doing so following EE’s instructions. I am now stuck in maintenance mode and I have people queuing to book. Below is my system information and the crash report.
I had an email from Rio recommending that I download version 5.0.11.p. I tried this but all I now have is some folders on my desktop and I don’t know how to use them. I’m not very technical and am struggling with all this.
I hadn’t received an alert for your form submission but with you posting the above I checked spam submissions and your submission had been caught there.
I’ve just logged into the site and would have needed FTP credentials to fix the issue, as you didn’t include those I used the WordPress plugin uploader to install version 5.0.11.p in place of .12 you had, which fixed the issue.
We’ll be including a fix in the next release we push out to prevent that from happening when you update again.
