Looking for the Stripe plugin, but it isn’t available. Thought these plugins were part of the license we purchased. Can you clarify? |

Hi AJ, The Event Espresso 3 support licenses have access to the core Event Espresso 4 files, plus you will have access to the equivalent add-ons in EE4 that were available in EE3. So, for instance you have access to the EE4 MailChimp add-on because you purchased access to that add-on EE3. We are in the process of doing that with the recently-released printable tickets add-on. Garth, We renewed our license in October I beleive and I suspect your licensing models have changed since then. I believe we renewed for a couple of hundred (can you confirm) so we get upgraded to whatever we need for the delta? |

Hey AJ, Yes. You renewed your EE3 Business license on October 31st. However, as Garth stated, the EE3 Business license package does not include new EE4 add-ons that you don’t already have for EE3. If you would like to switch to an EE4 license, please let us know and we can give you credit to do that. |

Well we have been using EE4 since August or something so I didn’t knowingly update an EE3 license. What is the price delta? |
