Seems to be some major errors with the Stripe payment gateway all of the sudden. When on the checkout screen and hitting “Pay Now” the pop-up never is displayed (Chrome) and an error is returned.

Hi there,
The problem is from the JavaScript in use within your theme – http://take.ms/6cVAi
Its causing a syntax error which prevents the Stripe JavaScript from running.

Updating to the latest version of Avada should fix this, or if you prefer to fix it yourself you’ll need to modify the main.js file and swap out any instances of [href=#] for [href="#"].

I have updated the theme, and searched main.js and main.min.js but the expression is not there. The issue is still persistent.

I’m not getting the same error, for me the stripe modal loads – http://take.ms/8F8R8
