Several elements are hidden for UX reasons not readily apparent on the registration page.
I am running everything on https, have the currency set to USD, the price is over $.50, the live api keys are all plugged in, and as far as I know my Stripe account is in order.
When I enter proper card info I receive two errors, first:
“ERROR: Failed to charge the card. ”
followed by:
“Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or notify the website administrator.”
I get the payment overview page etc, but the payment status is listed as “incomplete”
I checked Stripe’s API error message vocabulary and didn’t see anything matching the wording I’m seeing so I suspect its something on the EE/WP end.
Any ideas why cards aren’t running?

And I am humbled once again. I had gotten rid of the spaces in front of the APIs, but not even thought to check for one at the ends. That’s all it needed. Cheers
