Hey guys, I’m running EE3 on WordPress 3.9.2 with the following add ons:

This is my first time trying the gateway with EE, so new installation.
The registration page is:

Several elements are hidden for UX reasons not readily apparent on the registration page.
I am running everything on https, have the currency set to USD, the price is over $.50, the live api keys are all plugged in, and as far as I know my Stripe account is in order.
When I enter proper card info I receive two errors, first:
“ERROR: Failed to charge the card. ”
followed by:
“Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or notify the website administrator.”
I get the payment overview page etc, but the payment status is listed as “incomplete”

I checked Stripe’s API error message vocabulary and didn’t see anything matching the wording I’m seeing so I suspect its something on the EE/WP end.
Any ideas why cards aren’t running?
Thanks so much

I am unable to run a test on your site so I can only provide some generic assistance currently.

Have you checked that the entered keys (Stripe gateway settings) do not have any spaces before or after them?

Is it doing the same thing with test credentials?

And I am humbled once again. I had gotten rid of the spaces in front of the APIs, but not even thought to check for one at the ends. That’s all it needed. Cheers
