Hi, I logged into the Stripe account to compare it to other working EE accounts and the only difference was that those accounts had a Support URL. I added a support url to the Stripe account that wasn’t working, then removed the Stripe payment method in EE. I then added the Stripe method back and clicked the Connect button. It worked. I guess a support url is required within the Stripe account before it can connect? Not sure if that’s true, but it worked after I did that.
Thanks for pointing me in the direction of checking the Stripe settings though. I appreciate the support always.
