I can not find “Would you like to choose a different payment option?” in the po file. Any idea?

It looks like that text string has not been localized. I’ll create a ticket so this gets addressed in the next version. For now, you could directly edit the string located in return_payment.php line 21. This file is located in the /templates directory of the plugin and can be copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates.
