Strange Log-In issues

Hi,

We are experiencing reported problems with our user Log-In feature. When users Log-in they are taken to their WordPress dashboard. At this point it shows they are logged-in. However, when they navigate back to the home page it gives the appearance they are no longer logged-in. BUT, upon further navigation with the site (selecting events. etc.) it does indeed show they are logged-in.

Quite strange, but for users this could be confusing.

Any ideas for a fix?
