Stoping events from displaying event description from calendar

I’m using the calendar to display events. when you click on the events it displays the event title + the event description which is 480 words and just looks ugly with that much text. Is there a way to disable displaying the event description from the calendar?

Hi Ted,

What you can do is place a <!--more--> tag in the event’s description in the event editor and it will stop the calendar from displaying any more words after that tag.
