I noticed that you took the seating chart add-on off the page. Does this mean the add-on is dead for good?

Hi Joel,
We discontinued the add-on for Event Espresso 3 at the end of last year and we are still supporting members that have purchased it.

Thanks. This site is incredibly slow, by the way. The support forum loads in about 6.6 seconds, while the “My Account” page takes about 30 seconds to load.

Hello,
If you have not logged-in for some time, then your account would check to see if there are any account changes during that time and you could see a temporary slowdown on the site.
However, the site should load fairly quickly afterwards.

Well, even if I stay logged in and just reload the page it is this slow.
